Refund Policy

We want you to have a great experience. If the course does not meet your expectations, please check the conditions below to request a refund.

1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, if:

You watched less than 30% of the course content.
You submit a refund request by email to [ruslan.murha@gmail.com].

2. Refund Process

Please include the following in your email:

Your full name
Email used for purchase
Course name
Payment receipt or transaction ID
Reason for the refund (optional but appreciated)

We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds if:

More than 30% of the course has been completed.
The request is made after 7 days.
The course was accessed and downloaded/shared with others.

4. Additional Info

Payment processor fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that violate these terms.
