Terms of Service (Public Offer Agreement)

This agreement governs the sale and delivery of digital educational content (video courses) on this website. By purchasing any course, you agree to these terms.

1. Course Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive full access to the purchased course(s) through your personal account. All content is provided in video format and available for individual, non-commercial use only.

2. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed via WayForPay, a secure and licensed payment system.
All course prices on the website are displayed in US dollars (USD) for convenience, but payments are charged in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.
The conversion from USD to UAH is performed automatically at the current exchange rate set by your bank or payment provider.

Please note:

The final charged amount in UAH may differ slightly due to exchange rates or additional bank/payment service fees.
After successful payment, you will automatically receive access to the purchased course(s).
An electronic receipt will be sent to your email.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials, including video lessons, texts, visuals, and course structure, are protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, or publicly share any part of the course without written permission.

4. Responsibilities

We do our best to ensure the quality and functionality of the content. However, we are not responsible for delays or technical issues caused by your device or internet connection.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are possible only under the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy. Make sure to read it before making a purchase.

6. Personal Data

We process your personal data strictly for the purpose of delivering educational services and in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
